| The VTGCSA Board Of Directors are pleased to present to you the 2018 Annual Report. We had intended to present this in person at Rutland C.C. but Mother Nature had different plans. It is important to us to present this to the voting members in a timely matter. Email was decided to be the quickest way to share this information.
